• Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. • Safety-Based Disclosure: PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL may disclose your Personal Data and any other information you share with a Coach or PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL in connection with the Services if we deem it necessary to protect the personal safety of users of the Services, our Coaches, or the public in general.  In particular, our Coaches are required to report: (1) any known or suspected child abuse, abandonment, neglect, or endangerment; and (2) any imminent and credible threat of physical danger to a user or another person.  You agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL, their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each such entity’s officers, employees, independent contractors, directors, officers, attorneys and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, demands, claims, actions of any kind and any injury (including death) or property damage (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or relating in any way to PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL’S disclosure of (or failure to disclose) any information for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the Client, the Coach, or any other member of the public.

You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to PERFORMANCE PROTOCOL through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”).
