Keith has over 25 years of leadership in law enforcement, including roles as Chief of Police and DEA Special Agent. He has worked internationally, consulted at presidential levels, and commanded large forces for the U.S. Department of State and United Nations. As Chief of Police in South Carolina, he improved the city's safety ranking from #28 to #1 by significantly increasing drug arrests and initiating community programs.
