Neil has held several senior law enforcement roles, including Western Regional Vice President at Forrest Green since November 2024, and Honourary Aide de Camp in British Columbia since January 2018. Previously, he was the Chief of Police at Delta Police Department, where he championed value-based leadership and community policing. His career also includes leadership positions at Metro Vancouver Transit Police and Edmonton Police Service. Neil holds a Ph.D. in Business - Management from Northcentral University and a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
