He held leadership roles at Axon Enterprise, formerly TASER International, including Senior Director of Global Support Operations and VP of Sales Operations. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing and leading support and operations teams from their inception, contributing significantly to the growth and efficiency of the organization. His expertise spans both domestic and international law enforcement agencies, demonstrating his commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience.
